No. Delegate House does not hold WEF accreditation, and this programme does not include the Annual Meeting, the Congress Centre or the secured WEF zone. That access is by WEF invitation or accreditation, applied for about a year in advance, and only if eligible. If you need security-zone access, we will try to arrange it as a paid add-on at the price current at the time (estimate about €1,500, not guaranteed). The programme covers open and registration-based Davos Week events around the Annual Meeting.
For the Davos 2027 Delegation, Swiss visa file preparation, invitation letters, the official visa fee, and travel insurance are included and coordinated with our travel partner, Adventuresy Pakistan. The embassy makes the decision. We prepare and submit your file but cannot influence the outcome. Allow 8 to 12 weeks.

For the Türkiye Delegation (Nov 2026), visa facilitation is not included; delegates arrange their own Turkish visa or e-Visa directly.
No. Delegate House is a private business organization, operated with our travel partner, Adventuresy Pakistan. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations, or any official government entities.
No. Meals are not included in the Davos 2027 Delegation package.
A management fee of 10% of the total package price (calculated before discounts, minimum US$200 per delegate) is non-refundable on cancellation or visa refusal. The rest is refunded less visa expenses already incurred. No discounts apply to Davos.
Applications for the Davos 2027 Delegation close on 15 November 2026. The sideline Türkiye Delegation (8–14 Nov 2026) is open for booking subject to remaining cohort seats prior to departure.
